Margarita Sullivan
Founder & Principal
Margarita Sullivan founded Stylus Solutions on the belief that successful clearances require a careful balance—protecting creative intent while honoring the rights, value, and contributions of creators.
She began her career in radio before moving into the music business, working within major and independent label environments including Sony, Capitol Records, and Island Records, and later handling licensing in-house at companies such as New Line Cinema, MTV Networks (Viacom), and Tommy Boy Music. This background shaped her practical, inside-the-system understanding of music licensing, media clearances, and rights delivery across both label and studio ecosystems.
In addition to leading Stylus, Margarita serves as Co-Executive Director of the CLEAR Association, where she supports education, community, and professional standards for rights and clearances practitioners.
Today, Margarita leads Stylus with a hands-on, collaborative approach, drawing on trusted industry relationships and providing personal attention to each project. She brings clarity and care to even the most complex rights landscapes.

Lydia O’Neil is a highly experienced Rights & Clearances Supervisor and Talent Clearance Specialist with over two decades of expertise across television, film, live events, and immersive experiences. She has delivered clearance solutions for leading studios and networks including Netflix, NBCUniversal, Disney/ABC, CBS, and Warner Bros., clearing high-profile talent, archival footage, stills, and film clips under tight deadlines. Lydia is known for her precision, collaborative approach, and deep industry relationships.
Maisun Jabban
Rights & Clearance Specialist
Maisun Jabban is a seasoned rights and clearances strategist with 20+ years of experience in television, documentary, streaming, and live event production. She has extensive expertise securing footage, stills, music, artwork, props, and all third-party materials, working closely with legal, editorial, and production teams to manage complex clearance needs and deliverables across multiple platforms
Rosanna Falger
Rights Strategist & Music Researcher
Rosanna Falger is a senior content media and rights strategist with over 30 years of experience in music research, licensing, and rights clearance across film, television, and digital platforms. She has held senior roles at Viacom (MTV) and Paramount Global and spent five years leading music publishing research for Apple Fitness+. Rosanna has cleared thousands of music tracks and archival assets and is trusted by major studios, platforms, and production companies for complex, high-volume clearance strategies.
